Blue Cypress Essential Oil is steam-distilled from the wood of the Blue Cypress tree that is native to Australia. The oil has a wonderfully fresh, woody, sweet, fruity, and balsamic aroma.
Our Blue Cypress has a beautiful clear blue color and offers soothing, nourishing, and anti-inflammatory properties. Remarkably, Blue Cypress Essential Oil is the only "blue" oil distilled from wood (others, such as German chamomile, are distilled from blossoms), which makes it a truly beautiful and unique oil.
NOTE: Blue Cypress Essential oil should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

I like to use this neat in my diffuser. Blue Cypress has a gentle odor I found calming allowing me to concentrate . I run in the diffuse a mild amount at bedtime to relieve any anxiety and relax. I also use it with a couple drops of frankincense at times I find this uplifting.
