- Equal parts 1:1 water and witch hazel
- 20 drops Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
- 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Mix ingredients in a mist diffuser spray bottle. Shake well, and then Spray 6-12 inches from the body, dispersing mist from head to toe. Pay special attention to areas where the skin is exposed. Re-apply every hour or more with heavy activity.
