Once your friend completes that first order using their referral reward, you’ll receive a $15-off reward as our thank-you. Visit Your rewards in your dashboard to find your reward code and its terms.

A few helpful answers
How do I check my points balance?
Select View my Miracle Points dashboard and sign in with the email you use for orders. Your balance appears under Miracle Points Balance. You can also view your points activity there.
Where is my personal referral link?
In your dashboard, look for Your personal referral link and select Copy link. Share that exact link with your friend so the referral is attributed to you.
Do I need a password?
No. Enter your email and use the one-time sign-in code sent to your inbox. Use the same email associated with your Miracle Botanicals purchases so you reach the correct account.
Do Miracle Points expire?
Unredeemed points expire after one year without points activity. Check your dashboard for your balance, activity, and any applicable expiry date.
How do I use a reward?
Open the Your rewards section of your dashboard to see rewards already issued to you and their terms. Copy an eligible reward code and apply it at checkout.
My points or referral don’t look right. What should I do?
Confirm you signed in with your order email. If you still need help, contact our team or email orders@miraclebotanicals.com. Please don’t send your password or sign-in code.
