Catnip Essential Oil (Nepeta Cataria)

I love this to add to my bath. Add some lavender and catnip for very nice relaxing bath. I also use it for a mosquito repellant. If you ask my cats, they give a 5 star meow. (don't tell them where I hid it) lol

I have tried so many catnip. I’ll send did not work. I live in Louisiana or mosquitoes are everywhere anywhere and wherever you are. after trying many different kinds I finally tried miracle botanicals. And I liked it. They were a small batch company and that they actually cared about their products. It worked, and I’ve never stopped using it for the past five years. I would recommend it to anyone for this particular application, a little more expensive but you pay for what you get.

I'm a city dweller. I was looking for natural repellents for cockroaches and I read in several places that catnip oil was very effective. I wanted something I could feel comfortable using around the edges of my kitchen counters. This really does the job. No method is 100% but when used in combination with other methods, the catnip oil is great.

I use Catnip Oil in a mixture of lemon juice, vanilla & water for a spray I use on my dog to repel fleas & ticks. It totally worked last year. I quit giving my dog flea & tick pills since I read that they contain pesticides & all the side effects.

Very calming for me. No effect on cats, though.
