Description
Valerian Essential Oil commonly used in aromatherapy to help provide a calming and restorative effects due to the high amounts of sesquiterpenes in the oil. Due to these properties, Valerian essential oil can be used to assist with restlessness, sleeplessness, trauma or emergency situations. Valerian is a small flowering plant originally native to Europe and Asia.

Conquering insomnia:
- 1 oz. Meadowfoam Seed Oil
- 8 drops Valerian Root Essential Oil
- 8 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Mix the essential oils with the Meadowfoam Seed Oil, and then apply this blend to your chest and to the back of your neck. Alternately, diffuse Lavender Essential Oil and Valerian Essential Oil before going to sleep.
Stress-relieving bath blend:
- 1 teaspoon Pomegranate Seed Oil
- 3 drops Valerian Root Essential Oil
- 2 drops Dark Aged Patchouli
Mix the essential oils with the pomegranate seed oil before adding them to the bath water to help the oils to disperse well.
Detoxifying diffusion:
- Valerian Root Essential Oil
- Ginger Essential Oil
- Peppermint Essential Oil
- Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
Diffuse a few drops of each essential oil to help your body get rid of long-standing toxins.
