The powerful aroma of Bergamot is a popular component in many perfumes, used as the all important top note.  This rare Bergamot has a rich, sweet, fruity aroma throughout.  

Being high in limonene Bergamot essential oil is a wonderful uplifter and can help ease symptoms of depression and anxiety.

How to Use Essential Oils

RECIPES WE LOVE:

Indigestion relief

1 tablespoon Argan Oil 

2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil 

2 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil 

2 drops Sweet Fennel Essential Oil 

Combine all the oils and massage over the entire abdominal region. 

Urinary tract infecttion remedy

1 drop Bergamot Essential Oil 

1 drop Lavender Essential Oil 

1 drop Tea Tree Premium Essential Oil 

1 cup Organic Plain Yogurt 

Mix all oils with the yogurt and swish the mixture into a bath and sit for 10 minutes. Repeat this recipe every day for one week to relieve symptoms and clear infection.
