We apply this oil directly to our skin in liberal amounts. 5 to 15 drops in the palms, distributed on the underarms, chest, neck, shoulders, or anywhere on the body is very refreshing and enlivening, with a relatively light, attractive aroma.
Frankincense makes the best diffuser oil, especially if you are using a waterless diffuser. It's astringent, so it's easy to distribute into the air and a joy to breathe. Frankincense makes the perfect base for other, more dense or more expensive essential oils in your diffuser. For instance, you can add a few drops of pure rose, agarwood, Inula, or neroli to a base of frankincense. Diffusing is one of our favorite methods because we think it's the most effective way to access the therapeutic benefits of essential oils.

Method. Mix the oils together and apply daily to the affected area until the skin redness subsides and the psoriasis or eczema disappears.

Whether or not it's the "best" frankincense might be debatable, but Sacra is certainly the one that has the most of that deep, rich, sweet, resinous scent. And like every single EO I've bought from them Miracle Botanicals Sacra is noticeably more potent and tenacious than any other brand I've used.
