Are essential oils safe for cooking and flavoring food? Essential oils are extra potent compared to botanicals in their full-bodied state. In fact, all essential oils are toxic in high quantities. However, using a few drops in foods and drinks is a great way to add flavor, variety, and therapy to your culinary adventures.
When using essential oils for flavoring food, start with only a single drop, and test the flavor. Do not add essential oils to water or non-fatty liquid as it won't emulsify... the oil will just sit on top of the water and make contact with the mouth all at once.

The best patchouli scent I have found. It is unique and has depth unlike many department store or health food store options I've tried. The longer I let it sit, the better it becomes. I often have multiple bottles going at once. It melds with your own bodily scents, so it smells slightly different on everyone, but in a way that compliments their natural scent. This is the only patchouli I consistently get compliments on when out in public. Without fail, someone will always come up and ask if I am wearing patchouli, then reminisce on some old memory. 10/10 recommend.
blue mountain sage brightens up our lives, our family uses it in magnesium salts to bless our showers. Everyone comes out of the shower smelling and feeling refreshed and sharp. It’s such a pleasant fresh breath of air and completely different than regular sage. Something new to try. Read up on the benefits and try it today!!!!
I am very shy of cinnamon-fwd oils but appreciate the benefits. This was the blend I was looking for - tempering the cinnamon into something accessible and therapeutic for my nose, skin and senses. The blue tansy color is like a magical little bonus. I found this to be wonderful extra-diluted w/carrier for facial massage. Easy does it! Super potent yet wholly joyful.
