Simply inhaling essential oils delivers healing molecules to every cell in the system within 20 seconds, so you don't need any special skills to use essential oils. 

The main thing is....have fun with it. Our bodies are ultimately a reflection of our thinking. Essential oils resonate with thoughts that are at a higher frequency than we are used to.

When we come into contact with essential oils, a communication takes place that persuades our mind to accept a higher frequency of that's more worthy of us...and in turn we experience a healthy body, a calm, reflective mind, and a joy-filled life.
