So far so good, I am using this on my legs which have muscle spasms all night. So far I have used it two nights by stubbing it on my legs. There is a significant decrease in the amount of leg spasms throughout the night and the intensity of them are much much lower. Not my favorite smell but I don’t mind it, I bought it for its powerful calming properties. Definitely one of the most powerful ones for that up there with valerian and chamomile
This will be my new go to for deep sensual wood aromas, I’m so happy I found it. So smooth, woody and sensual. I feel like Sandalwood is overrated, this is much more deep.
