Black Seed Oil Herbal Facial Steam Products

 Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon Black Seed Oil
• 2 cups hot water
• 4 drops essential oils, such as Lavender, Chamomile, Rosemary, Skin Rejuvenation Blend - Pure EO Blend (for making your own dilution), or another essential oil or blend of your choice

Instructions:

1. Boil 2 cups of water and transfer to a large heatproof bowl.
2. Add essential oils of your choice and Black Seed Oil in a small cup or bowl.
3. Add Black Seed Oil and essential oil mixture to the hot water.
4. Lean over the bowl and drape a towel over your head to create a tent, trapping the steam.
5. Close your eyes and inhale deeply, allowing the herbal steam to open your pores and relax your senses.
6. Steam your face for 5-10 minutes, then pat dry with a clean towel.
