How To Use Essential Oils

Deodorizing Diffuser Blend:

2 drops Green Mandarin

1 drop Fir Needle

1 drop Himalayan Cedarwood

1 drop Sweet Orange

Stress-Relieving Nervous System Support Blend:

10 drops Green Mandarin

2 drops Cape Chamomile (Roman Chamomile may be substituted)

4 drops Frankincense Papyrifera

2 drops Haitian Vetiver

2 drops Hops

2 tsp (10ml) Meadowfoam

*Add to a roller ball and appy to the feet, spine, and back of the neck. This is a 10% dilution. May use other carrier oil if desired.

I have used Red Mandarin for years in my face cream. Saw the Green and was intrigued, did a little research and decided to try in my mouthwash. Wonderful! Much less happening when I floss, since using this! Will be part of my dental hygiene from now on, plus smells really good!
