Citrusy Sickroom & Musty Air Spray Blend
- 20 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oil
- 30 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
- 10 drops of Mandarin Essential Oil
- 10 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
- 15 ml of ethanol or vodka
- spray bottle
Combine your essential oils and ethanol together.
Add your mixture to a spray bottle or atomizer and top with water. Use to drive out stale, musty air. Perfect for disinfecting sickrooms. Avoid spraying directly on to furniture.
Anxiety Begone Blend
- 10 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil
- 3 drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Neroli Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Frankincense Carterii Essential Oil
Add your essential oils to a diffuser and relax.
Indigestion Relief Blend
- 5 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil
- 2 drops of Cardamom Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Coriander Essential Oil
- 30 ml of carrier oil
Combine the essential oils and carrier oil together. Use to massage the chest and abdominal area to relieve indigestion discomfort.
