Recipes
PMS Relief Massage Oil
1 1/2 oz. Argan Oil
4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
4 drops Geranium Essential Oil
4 drops Dill Essential Oil
8 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
Mix all of the essential oils together, and then add them to your base of Argan Oil. Shake well and apply to lower abdominal and lower back regions.
Belly Cramps
1 oz. Moringa Seed Oil
4 drops Dill Essential Oil
4 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Mix the oils together and rub the blend over your belly.
Calming and Uplifting Diffusion
Grapefruit Essential Oil
