Description
Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil is also known as Eucalyptus Australiana. The presence of the constituent piperitone, also a component of peppermint, gives Radiata a unique chemical make up among Eucalyptus oils.
Although subtle, the aroma of Radiata is softer, warmer and sweeter than the Globulus variety and is therefore often the most popular choice of aromatherapists, especially with children and the elderly. Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil, compared to other Eucalyptus varieties, is much lighter and gentler with similar healing benefits, making it safe for use with children over 3 as well as direct inhalation.
Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil has been used for both cough and throat medicines, as well as respiratory infections. Eucalyptus Radiata works well in a diffuser or directly inhaled for calming effects and to relieve stress.
NOTE: Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil should not be used for children under 3, because it can slow down breathing due to its high eucalyptol content. Also, this oil should never be ingested because it can be toxic even in very small doses.

Massage Oil for Pained Joints
- 1 oz. Pomegranate Seed Oil
- 4 drops Yarrow Essential Oil
- 8 drops Turmeric Essential Oil
- 4 drops Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
Blend the oils together and use as a massage oil on aching joints and muscles.
Easy Breathing and Allergy Relief
- Laurel Leaf Essential Oil
- Frankincense Essential Oil
- Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
Simply diffuse an equal number of drops of each essential oil in your diffusor.
Insect Repellant Oil
- 1 oz. Argan Oil
- 10 drops Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
