How to use
On the skin
DilutedMix 6 to 12 drops into one ounce of a carrier oil such as Argan Oil, a 1 to 2% dilution. If your skin is sensitive, patch test a small spot first.
Insect repellent
OutdoorsMix 10 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus, 5 drops of Egyptian Geranium and 5 drops of Lemongrass, then add them to 1 oz of Argan Oil. Apply the blend to the body to keep mosquitoes and other insects away. This recipe is stronger than our skincare dilution, so patch test a small spot first.
Diffuser
In the airFollow your diffuser maker's instructions. In a nebulizing diffuser, 8 to 20 drops is typical. An equal number of drops of Lemongrass, Frankincense Carterii and Lemon Eucalyptus makes an easy breathing blend.
Steam inhalation
For congestionAdd 5 drops to a pot of steaming water. Cover your head with a towel, lean over the pot and breathe in the steam slowly, with your eyes closed.
