RECIPES WE LOVE:
1 tablespoon Argan Oil
2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
2 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
2 drops Sweet Fennel Essential Oil
Combine all the oils and massage over the entire abdominal region.
Urinary tract infecttion remedy
1 drop Bergamot Essential Oil
1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
1 cup Organic Plain Yogurt
Mix all oils with the yogurt and swish the mixture into a bath and sit for 10 minutes. Repeat this recipe every day for one week to relieve symptoms and clear infection.
