How to use
Diffuser
In the airAdd 3 to 5 drops of helichrysum gymnocephalum to a water diffuser for a medium room, then add a drop at a time until the air smells right. Run it 30 to 60 minutes, then give the room a break with some fresh air. Keep young children and pets out of the direct mist, since this oil is strong.
On the skin
On the skinDilute helichrysum gymnocephalum to 1 to 2 percent before it touches skin, which is 6 to 12 drops in 30 ml of a carrier oil. Keep to 3 to 6 drops in 30 ml on the face. Patch test on the inner forearm and wait a day before wider use. We do not use this oil neat, and it is not for internal use.
Bath
BathStir 4 to 6 drops of helichrysum gymnocephalum into a tablespoon of carrier oil or unscented bath oil, then add it once the tub is full. Oil and water don't mix, so the carrier is what carries the drops to skin diluted, not neat. Keep the bath well away from young children.

Method. Add the drops to your diffuser and run it 30 to 60 minutes. Lemon lifts the opening and silver fir needle adds a green, resinous depth, with the helichrysum fresh and sharp between them.
Method. Mix the drops into the jojoba in a small bottle and roll it between your palms before use. Smooth it over the forearms and the back of the neck, where the Himalayan cedarwood adds a dry, woody depth under the fresh helichrysum. Cap it and keep it out of sunlight.
Method. Stir the drops into the tablespoon of jojoba, then swirl it through a full tub before you step in. The silver fir needle keeps the blend green and fresh beside the helichrysum. Rinse the tub afterward, since oils leave a film.
