Anti-inflammatory
German Chamomile Essential Oil contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds that are known to help reduce pain, redness, and swelling due to inflammation. In addition, German Chamomile Essential Oil appears to have antihistamine effects that can help decrease allergy symptoms.

1 oz. Pomegranate Seed Oil
4 drops Yarrow Essential Oil
4 drops Turmeric Essential Oil
4 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
Blend the oils together and massage into aching joints or muscles.
Pain-relief diffusion
German Chamomile Essential Oil
Use equal parts of each essential oil in your diffuser. Alternately, put a drop of each essential oil on a handkerchief or a cotton ball and inhale.
Conquering insomnia
1 oz. Meadowfoam Seed Oil
6 drops Valerian Root Essential Oil
6 drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
Mix the essential oils with the meadowfoam seed oil, and then apply this blend to your chest and to the back of your neck. You can also use the essential oils without a carrier oil in a diffuser in your bedroom before going to sleep.
