Description
This custom handmade skin rejuvenating formula aromatherapy blend was formulated by our founder, Hope Johnson, who did extensive research on the benefits of essential oils for the skin.
We used to call it "Super Custom Anti-Aging Blend", but recently Hope changed the name to Skin Rejuvenation Blend for Anti-Aging. The recipe of this blend has changed many times, as Hope makes new discoveries about particularly potent anti-aging oils.
Our Skin Rejuvenation Blend is offered as a blend of 2.5% essential oils in special carrier oils. This dilution is ideal for the sensitive skin of the face.
For those who prefer to take advantage of the numerous essential oils in this blend without dilution, for Do-it-Yourself projects, we also offer just the pure essential oils as a purchase option.
The following is a full list of ingreditents and their benefits:
Improves elasticity, stimulates new skin cell growth, smoothes out skin and reduces the appearance of redness, rosacea, fine veins and capillaries.
Corsican Helichrysum Italicum Essential Oil
The most potent essential oil for stimulating new skin cell growth. Stimulates collagen development, which is good for smoothing out skin, eliminating scars, stretch marks, skin growths and age marks and giving the skin more elasticity.
Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil
Rich in antioxidants, so it reduces irritation and inflammation that eventually lead to skin aging. Relaxes skin tension, which helps your skin look refreshed.
A potent detoxifier that rejuvenates skin, smoothing out wrinkles and giving your skin more elasticity.
Carrot Root essential oil is high in carotenes, vitamin E, and vitamin A precursors. As a result, it is a wonderful help to many skin problems, particularly those that involve irritation or inflammation.
Great for gradually soothing, healing, and softening skin, particularly skin that's been irritated or damaged in some way (through sunburns, for example).
Hydrating and nourishing, and particularly useful for dry and sensitive skin.
Frankincense Sacra Essential Oil
Regenerates skin cells, reducing or even removing wrinkles and scars. A gentle variety of frankincense, particularly suitable for damaged or sensitive skin.
Myrrh essential oil contains powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. As a result, it is helpful in treating or reducing a number of skin problems, including rashes, swelling due to cuts and scratches, and dry and irritated skin.
Naturally occurring fatty acids in CO2 butter oil have exceptional properties in anti-aging and skincare, namely caproic (skin conditioner and moisturizer), myristic (lubricating, brightening and detoxifying) and palmitic acid (a natural component of healthy skin and an important component of both the skin barrier and the acid layer of the skin).
Helps to repair damaged skin cells, and prevent further damage from sun exposure and free radicals. This anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory oil is known to leave the skin feeling hydrated and deeply nourished.
Promotes smooth, healthy, blemish-free skin. The anti-inflammatory properties of this oil also make it great for rashes, eczema, sunburn, or any type of swelling or allergies.
Carrier Oils:
Also known as tamanu oil, foraha oil comes from a large evergreen tree that's native to coasts around the Indian ocean, from East Africa to Australia. Foraha oil is extracted from the seeds of the tree. It's healing to damaged skin, and has anti-inflammatory properties to reduce future skin damage. It's also useful for eliminating redness and the appearance of rosacea.
Argan oil is extracted from the seeds of the argan plant, a tree native to Morocco. It's increasingly found in high-end commercial skin-care products and frequently marketed as a miracle ingredient. All this attention is justified thanks to its unique profile of fatty acids, argan oil appears to reduce the signs of aging and even remove scars on the skin.
Pomegranates have gotten a lot of attention lately for their powerful anti-oxidant properties and the health benefits that these bring. Pomegranate oil has these antioxidants in a concentrated form. This oil is particularly nourishing to the outer layers of the skin, and reduces skin damage that leads to premature skin aging.
Along with its stable fatty acids, meadowfoam seed oil contains several powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substances such as vitamin C and vitamin E. As a result, it is an essential part of many anti-aging and anti-wrinkle cosmetic products.
Rosehip seed oil contains several antioxidants in high concentrations, including a compound that gets converted to vitamin A in the skin. These compounds increase cell turnover and help repair skin damage, reduce scars and wrinkles, and prevent the formation of new scars and wrinkles.
The high antioxidant content present in moringa seed oil prevents the free-radical damage that leads to a loss of skin elasticity and wrinkles. Moringa seed oil also contains high amounts of behenic acid, a compound that's valued in the cosmetic industry for its smoothing properties.

The essential oils and carrier oils in this blend are each renowned for strengthening, softening, detoxifying, stimulating, nourishing and regenerating effects on the skin. Some of them are known for improving elasticity, smoothing out wrinkles, boosting collagen, soothing irritation and inflammation, and reducing oxidation.
When this serum is applied, the skin instantly takes on a healthy glow. The blend also deodorizes the body and provides aromatherapy to calm, sooth and focus the mind.

Directions
Massage the diluted version of this oil sparingly to clean damp skin.
The undiluted, pure essential oil version is meant to be added to a carrier oil, cream, butter, or lotion at 2.5%. Note that a 2.5% dilution is recommended for general skincare.
