In the airAdd 3 to 5 drops of pumpkin pie spice to a water diffuser for a medium room, then a drop at a time until it smells right to you. Because these are warm spice oils, a little goes a long way. Diffuse in short runs with fresh air moving through the room, rather than running it all day.
Not the bath
Skip itKeep this blend out of the bath. Cinnamon bark and clove should be left out of baths completely, since in bath water they can irritate the skin and the more sensitive parts of the body. Diffusing is the safer way to enjoy the scent.
