How to use
In a diffuser
In the airAdd 1 or 2 drops to a standard diffuser and let it run, giving the room fresh air between sessions of 30 to 60 minutes. A little massoia goes a long way, so start low and add more only if the scent is too faint. The oil is thick and sticky, so wipe the diffuser out well afterwards, or it can gum up the works.
In a blend for the air
PerfumeryA trace of massoia deepens a diffuser blend or an aroma accord, pulling tropical and gourmand scents together. Keep it to the smallest amount, since it is strong and tenacious and will take over a mix if you let it. This is a bench-and-diffuser oil, so blend it for the air, never for the skin.
Not for the skin or the bath
SafetyMassoia bark oil stays out of any skin blend and out of the bath, since its lactones make it far too sharp for direct contact. The natural oil is barred from cosmetic skin use under IFRA rules, so diffuse it or blend it for the air instead.
